What we do
AsiaRestart is an independent information and referral service. We compare long-stay programmes in Asia and, at your request, put you in touch with licensed agents. We are not a government agency and not the official operator of Thailand Privilege (Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd.) or of the Malaysia My Second Home programme (Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, MOTAC). We do not issue any permits and do not file applications. Licensed agents pay us a referral commission.
Consumer dispute resolution
Consumers can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, in Slovakia in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), www.soi.sk. Details are in our Terms of use. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
